Player Agreement/Contract Date 12/19/24 WELCOME TO SPARTANS FUTBOL CLUB

This Agreement describes the obligations of the player and the Player’s parents to the Spartans F.C and to the team on which Player will be playing. Player and Parent must sign this Agreement as a condition to playing on the Team. This Agreement supersedes any previous representations, promises, agreements and/or understandings between Player, Parent, the Club and the Team, or any of them, whether oral or written.

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. Spartans F.C is dedicated to the development of highly skilled soccer players who have respect for themselves, for the game and for those around them. Spartans F.C is not a recreational League.

Participation in the Club requires a significant commitment from both Player and Parent. By signing this Agreement, the Player and Parent agree to comply with the obligations described below. $60.00 Club Training and Field Cost X 12 Total $720.00 Includes 2 Group/Team practices $550.00 Includes Coast Soccer League Fall 2025 Season, Cal South Registration, Coast Soccer “League Cup” Player Insurance, Note: for 2025 season the team will play 11v11 bumping up the field and Referee cost by 150 per player but will leave it at the same cost.
